The Wyoming Coalition Against Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault (WCADVSA) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization founded in 1987 to respond to the needs of domestic violence and sexual assault victims and to provide statewide representation and advocacy for the twenty-one local domestic and sexual violence advocacy programs in Wyoming. The primary role of the WCADVSA is to support and enhance the work of our member programs and to provide leadership on the issues relating to domestic violence and sexual assault.

WCADVSA offers a competitive benefits package that includes:

Retirement through the Wyoming State Retirement System. Coalition pays 15.62%, employee pays 3%

13 paid holidays

72 hours of annual personal leave (prorated in the first year)

8 hours per month of accrued sick leave

9 hours per month of accrued vacation leave
